I can’t believe it's been almost three years since I embarked on this adventure! I guess time flies when you're busy spreading light, one candle at a time. As I gear up for our anniversary celebration, I’d love to get real about the journey – the candles, the growth, and three years of illuminating homes and hearts.
First, let's talk about how we’ve GROWN! We’ve added 24 new and amazing retailers to the list of stores that carry Calm Joy candles this year! Woohoo! Bringing more calm to your hearts and homes has been our mission and we’ve been able to do so much more of that this year by expanding where we are carried in store.
I also stepped outside of my comfort zone and started our YouTube channel where I’m talking about all things mental health and scents, and yes, I've even hopped onto the podcast wagon. Who would've thought this introverted candle-making therapist would be chatting away on a podcast? Not me, that's for sure! On the podcast is where I explore the stories, inspirations, and craftsmanship that fuel our brand.
Last month we also found ourselves rubbing shoulders with some incredible brands in an article featuring 11 amazing women-owned brands. It was like being invited to the coolest party in town (rare for an introvert), and suddenly everyone was asking, "Who's that?" Well, guess what? It's us! Yours truly is making waves, and it's all thanks to you!
As we approach our three-year anniversary, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each one of you. Your support has not only fueled the growth of our brand but has also been the catalyst for my personal growth. We hope to have some incredible features on the blog, podcast, and YouTube channel as well!
To our customers, retailers, and everyone who has been a part of this glowing journey, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your support has been the fuel that propels us forward, and we can't wait to expand into more retailers and release more amazing scents this year.
